The international ransomware cyberattack has created serious problems in over 150 countries because of the threat. The University of Alabama has been keeping a close watch to make sure its network is safe. Experts at The Center for Advanced Public Safety have been scanning all of their servers to make sure the cyberattack has not infected any systems or software on campus. The school has not had any reports of any viruses so far. Alabama’s Center for Advanced Public Safety develops software for state and federal agencies.
